General Info: 
Shipping takes 10-12 business days to ship out from the moment the order has been charged.

All products come without tags in order to allow you to add your own brand/tags.

Minimum order amount is $100 with a minimum of two pieces per SKU. 
Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.
Return Policy: 
If a return is made after being approved by Stay Warm in Style, the customer will assume return shipping costs and a 35% RESTOCKING FEE will be applied from the entire order amount, including refused and unaccepted packages. Clients must reach out within 24 hours after receiving their order to be approved, and if approved, must be shipped within 24 hours. 
Shipping and handling are non-refundable (Including all refused and unaccepted packages.). Customer will have to pay for the shipping fee again if they want an unaccepted package to be re-shipped.
If you used SEZZLE to pay for your order & return your items, you will be responsible for making your SEZZLE payments. We are NOT AUTHORIZED to make changes or cancel SEZZLE payments, as SEZZLE is only a service we provide to you. SEZZLE is an entirely separate company that you have gone in to an agreement with. 

Claims for any damage or missing products must be made within 1 day upon receipt of merchandise. We will not accept any items if … -Worn -Washed -Altered -Snagged -Ripped -Stained -Odors -Or any other damages caused by the receiver.

We are not responsible if the package gets lost or damaged after USPS and UPS has received it. Orders are usually shipped within 10-12 business days, but due to COVID-19, we are experiencing a little bit more of a delay. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We don’t ship to Puerto Rico or Hawaii.
If a package is returned to us by return to sender, these can take up to 30 days to processes.

This membership is only applicable for wholesale orders, it is not available for Dropshipping Memberships
Drop Shipping Policy: 
We’ll only drop-ship within the US mainland.
We won't be processing returns.
Drop shipping only from purchase on our website without additional discounts. 
Our Dropshipping membership doesn't include the monthly fee that you have to pay to Synclogic to connect our products to your store.
SWIS Studio Membership Policy: 

Before using the studio, please read, understand, and agree to the following rules and information:

Included in your booking is the entire space, live session room, 1 rolling back drop doubled sided, 2 rooms full of samples. It is your responsibility to take care of them, and notify us of any damages. 

There are bathrooms one over in the kitchenette area, and another at the back of the office. 

Please arrive and exit on time. Account for your set up and take down time as part of your booking. If you need more time during your shoot, call or text me and I am happy to add onto your session if there is not another client scheduled directly after you.
Clean up any messes you make while creating your photos. This includes clothing hangers, product tags, hair ties, bobby pins, taking out dirty diapers, etc. There is a vacuum and broom on site, and cleaning supplies in the cupboards in the kitchenette area.

Absolutely no nails or tape on the walls. Command strips or washy tape are ok as long as no damage is incurred and you remove them before leaving.

NO FLAME CANDLES. Battery operated ones are ok.

Please be careful when moving the rolling wall, as it is very heavy!
Any damages to the building, or missing items will be the financial responsibility of the individual who booked the appointment. Please notify us immediately if you come across any problems or concerns.

Boudoir shots are welcome but nudity in the studio is prohibited; please wear lingerie/underwear at all times. Please do not tag us on social media in any boudoir shots.

We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations, but contact us within 2 days prior to your session and we are happy to reschedule you to a different day.
We do have  cameras on site, so please be respectful and help keep our space nice. We will be notified of any damages or over time in the space.
